I was born on a warm, sunny day in June in Lhokseumawe, NAD. I am studying at Syiah Kuala University and living in Banda Aceh now. I have one brother and one sister. When I was born, my brother was six years-old and my sister three years-old. Both of them are sweet kid and they would do anything for me, but like all brothers and sisters we fight like cats and dogs. Sometimes when no one was around, my brother would come up to me and bothering me for no reason. I love both of them but only because they are my brother and sister.

My called is “Hiu Merah” (Red Shark*). I started school when I was six-years-old. I went to Malahayati kindergarten in my hometown and while I was there, I won an award for parade on yearly competition. Then I attended a private Middle and Senior Boarding School, and there I also won a couple of awards in table tennis competition: one of it for beating the last finalist of another table tennis club from the opposite team. I am now a student at Syiah Kuala University. I plan on finishing study and maybe going to find job in Banda Aceh too.

Life to me means friends and family who you can trust and who trusts you. I am pretty much on the happy side of life, but like all teens I do I have my “days of.” That means I do have some sad days or depressed days. I have a few friends here that sort of look out for me and when I am having a bad day, I used to have someone here at college to talk to. I make my college days go by thinking of either the next hour or what I will do when I get home or on the weekend. I did have a girlfriend, our favorite places to go were the small restaurant in the downtown and out to dinner. Sometimes we went to the beach. Only once we went to a music concert. We were together for six months and then we broke-up; so no, I don’t think it was forever.

The year 2010 will make me twenty-five years since I graduated from University. I think I will probably be still living here in Banda Aceh. I will be quite comfortable with my living situation, meaning that I will find a job, build my career here and be married to a cute, nice, and beautiful girl. She is a sweet girl; she will do anything for anyone. She is One point six meters tall and built well. He has baby and little glazed brown eyes and I hope we will be happy together–this is forever. but, who is she?? it’s still a big question mark for me now…

As I said in the beginning, I was born in Lhokseumawe and now I’m living in Banda aceh. I would like to see more of the Indonesia and the world but unfortunately, I have to finish something in this my beloved country. I hope you have enjoyed reading my life story as much as I have enjoyed writing it for you. Try to get as much as you can out of university; you’re only there for twelve years and when you graduate, you’re home free. Here’s a tip for you to live or try to live by: If you think it, it can be done.
